Before The Chaos (2/17)

3 minutes to dominate your week

Good morning from close friends Brett Hobbs and Michael Barone. We are here every Monday morning to help prepare you Before The Chaos! Please share our letter so we can continue putting positivity into the world!

Special love edition for Valentine’s Day

Love something.

Our lives become so much more meaningful once we find something we love.

Not everyone reading this has found love in a significant other—and that’s okay. Love, in any form, takes time and effort to cultivate. The same goes for discovering a passion or hobby that truly excites you. If you're asking yourself, "What do I love? Do I love anything?"—consider this your invitation to explore. Try new things, step outside your comfort zone. Love isn’t something we’re missing - it’s something we uncover. We all have the capacity for it - we just need to find where it thrives.

Love will find you when you start doing things you love.

Reflection

“What is something I loved to do as a kid that I do not do anymore?”

“What is something unique about me that I love about myself?”

Your Weekly Healthy Habit

Tell yourself that you love yourself. Everyday.

One Achievable Goal

Set one goal that must be completed before week’s end.

Tell somebody in your life that you love them.

VERSE

1 Corinthians 16:14

“Let all that you do be done in love.”

Closing

It's easy to preach about love and encourage others to be kind. We hear it every day and often remind ourselves to be more patient, more compassionate. Yet, in moments of frustration, lashing out can feel effortless. The real challenge - and the true growth - comes in recognizing those moments and consciously choosing to do better. These small, intentional steps toward self-awareness and kindness pave the way for a happier, more loving life.
