3 minutes to dominate your week

Good morning from close friends Brett Hobbs and Michael Barone. We are here every Monday morning to help prepare you Before The Chaos!

Take a step back.

It’s important to take a step back and think about what you want to get out of your life.

Let’s use a scale of 100% of time to measure. How much of that 100% do you want to dedicate to personal growth? How much do you want to dedicate to other things?

Think of the percentages you desire to allocate, and ask yourself if you’re doing that right now. If you’re not, think of ways you can get there. If you want to achieve a dream that requires a majority of your time, but 50% of your time is spent partying and going out - are you on the right track?

“How much time do I spend each day trying to achieve my goals?”

“What is a sleeve of my 100% that I can lower, and allocate more time elsewhere?”

Your Weekly Healthy Habit

Spend 15 minutes a day accomplishing a task that will get you closer to your dream. This task can be reading, writing, physical, etc.

One Achievable Goal

Set one goal that must be completed before week’s end.

Ours is to set aside 20 min this week to brainstorm how we can better allocate our time and energy towards our goals.

Closing

Wherever you want to go in this life, whatever you want to achieve, is going to require time and energy. That time and energy needs to be spent in the right place. Success comes with sacrifice.
