Before The Chaos (12/23)

3 minutes to dominate your week

Good morning from close friends Brett Hobbs and Michael Barone. With Christmas just around the corner in two days, this is a special edition of Before The Chaos. We hope to remind you just how special this holiday is, regardless of whether you celebrate it or not.

Togetherness.

The birth of Jesus Christ is a powerful reminder of the joy that comes from connection and community. His story has inspired countless generations to come together, fostering love, hope, and unity.

At its core, life is about the people we share it with. We live for those we love—our friends, our family, and the communities that shape us. Without them, the richness of life loses its meaning.

Community is the spark that fuels positivity and growth, empowering us to achieve more than we ever could alone. In a world where no great accomplishment happens in isolation, Christmas serves as a celebration of life and togetherness—a reminder that humane love and connection make life truly special.

Reflection

“Am I continuing to remind my self that family, friends, and community are the most important thing in my life?”

“How can I spread joy over this holiday season?”

Your Weekly Healthy Habit

Spend 30 seconds a day reflecting on how lucky we are to be alive.

One Achievable Goal

Set one goal that must be completed before week’s end.

Ours is to write a handwritten letter to our loved ones.

VERSE

Proverbs 17:22

“A merry heart does good, like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones.”

Closing

What a special week this is - one that can be spent with those you love. Let's remember to be grateful this week for everything we have and everything we have been given. We have all been given the greatest gift of all: life.

Merry Christmas to all,

Brett & Michael
