Before The Chaos (12/9)
3 minutes to dominate your week
Good morning from close friends Brett Hobbs and Michael Barone. We are here every Monday morning to help prepare you Before The Chaos!
Control the controllable’s.
We all know that nothing in this life comes easy. The blunt truth is that thousands, if not millions, of people want to achieve the same exact goals as you. Although this sounds daunting, we as individuals have the power to win at our goals by controlling the controllable’s. Instead of dwelling on the large playing field, we wake up daily and fight for what we want by bettering ourselves. The more baby steps we take in pursuit of greatness, the larger our steps unwillingly become.
Grasping hold of your own life and releasing your grip on others can bring unimaginable success on many levels.
Reflection
“What can I release that takes up too much head space?”
“On the inverse, what have I let spiral that requires my attention once again?”
Your Weekly Healthy Habit
This week, trade rice, wheat, and gluten for healthier, lower-carb options!
One Achievable Goal
Set one goal that must be completed before week’s end.
Wake up with the sunrise! The days are the shortest of the year, so let’s take advantage of the daylight!
VERSE
Proverbs 27:23
“Know well the condition of your flocks, and give attention to your herds,”
Closing
We must think big and set our most ambitious goals. We must also remember that there are steps required to get there. Make a plan and execute - no need to wait any longer.
