Before The Chaos (3/3)
3 minutes to dominate your week
Good morning from close friends Brett Hobbs and Michael Barone. We are here every Monday morning to help prepare you Before The Chaos! Please continue to share!

Carpe Diem.
Be intentional with your time.
As cliché as it is, it’s one of our favorite sayings. Taking control of your time is crucial to happiness and success. Whether exercising, working, or relaxing, your actions should have purpose. Intentional purpose regarding your time is necessary to capitalize on your dreams. It also allows you to stay in the present, focusing on what’s in front of you instead of going through the motions of life.
“Our time is finite, but what we do with it can last in eternity.”
Reflection
“What can I do to maximize the first hour of my day? Read? Reflect? Stretch? Make my bed?”
“How can I intentionally wind down in the evening? What is relaxing to me? What lowers my stress? How can I do it consistently?”
Your Weekly Healthy Habit
Spend 10 more minutes outside. It’s getting nicer out in NYC!
One Achievable Goal
Set one goal that must be completed before week’s end.
Call your mom. Call your dad. Call your brother. Call your sister. Family is important.
VERSE
Proverbs 27:1
“Do not boast about tomorrow, for you may not know what a day may bring.”
Being intentional with your time doesn’t mean you need to stress over doing nothing. It means that in those times of doing nothing, realize that you are doing nothing, and allow yourself to heal because of it. Today is everything. Seize it!
Have a blessed day,
Brett & Michael
