Before The Chaos (11/4)

3 minutes to dominate your week

Happy November and good morning from close friends Brett Hobbs and Michael Barone. We are here every Monday morning to help prepare you Before The Chaos!

Delayed gratification

When we work to achieve something that we know will not get us immediate results, such as working out, we start to form healthy habits. We begin to understand as humans that in order to achieve what we want to achieve, we must work at it on a consistent basis. You’re not going to achieve delayed gratification if you work at something for a single day and stop.

As soon as you realize this, the self-discipline you develop will come naturally. The only way to get started is to take action now.

Reflection

“What steps can I take now to work towards my goal?”

“How do the current choices I am making align with where I want to be?”

Your Weekly Healthy Habit

Switch one daily routine you have to refresh yourself. It’s up to you to decide: walk in a different area of your neighborhood, wake up earlier than usual, try a new hobby.

One Achievable Goal

Set one goal that must be completed before week’s end.

Ours is to learn something new this week.

VERSE

Proverbs 14:23

“All hard work brings a profit. But mere talk leads only to poverty.”

Closing

The person who created a successful business has a story to tell. The person with the incredible physique has a story to tell. The person who once gave up everything to achieve something has a story to tell. What’s your story?

Have a blessed day,

Brett & Michael
