Good morning from close friends Brett Hobbs and Michael Barone. Happy 2025! We are here every Monday morning to help prepare you Before The Chaos! This is our year.

Our hearts are with those in NOLA.

To new beginnings.

We are officially a quarter of the way through the 21st century. Let this be the year that we leave all negatives behind.

Regardless of where our paths may lead us in 2025, we must be prepared to face the speed bumps that are present along the way. Recognizing these bumps and finding a way around them will keep our motor running stronger for longer, creating a superb journey.

The time is now. Let 2025 be the beginning of our new, refreshing journey.

This edition we are creating a yearly healthy habit, in which you should intend complete every day of 2025. Habits take repetition.

Ours to complete some form of exercise every day. Even after a big night out, find a way to get yourself on a walk!

One Achievable Goal

Set one goal that must be completed before week’s end.

Leave behind one thing that has been holding you back in your life. Big or small.

Closing

The start of the New Year can be daunting for some. In a time where everyone seems to be celebrating, many still face their common difficulties. Remember the grass is always greener, and change starts with intention. Love you all.
