Before The Chaos (3/23)
3 minutes to dominate your week
Every headline satisfies an opinion. Except ours.
Remember when the news was about what happened, not how to feel about it? 1440's Daily Digest is bringing that back. Every morning, they sift through 100+ sources to deliver a concise, unbiased briefing — no pundits, no paywalls, no politics. Just the facts, all in five minutes. For free.
Good morning from close friends Brett Hobbs and Michael Barone. We are here every Monday morning to help prepare you Before The Chaos!

Zoom out.
There is a version of you that already knows what to do. Not perfectly, not with every detail mapped out, but enough to take the next step.
We tend to overcomplicate it. We look for more information, more validation, more time. But deep down, the answer is usually simple. Make the call. Start the project. Have the conversation. Take the shot.
The gap between where you are and where you want to be is rarely about knowledge. It is about action.
And the longer you sit on what you already know, the heavier it feels.
Reflection
“Am I evaluating my life by visible milestones rather than meaningful growth?”
“What expectations am I carrying that may not actually belong to me?”
Take Action Task
Go look into the mirror and tell yourself you are loved.
Act of Altruism
Tell someone close to us that we hope they’re doing well.
VERSE
Ecclesiastes 3:1
“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.”
Closing
Life is not measured by speed, it’s shaped by growth. Much of the most important progress happens quietly, long before anyone else can see it. Keep going, you might be doing far better than you realize.
Have a blessed day,
Brett & Michael
