Our bodies can become tired, sore, or sick at any moment - but in those times, it’s our mind that truly carries us. It has the power to keep us afloat when everything else feels like it's sinking.

In a world full of uncontrollables, it’s essential to master what we can. We have full autonomy over our thoughts, decisions, and reactions - and that control can shape everything.

Get outside each day. Appreciate what this planet has to offer in its most natural form.

Closing
