Before The Chaos (6/2)

3 minutes to dominate your week

Good morning from close friends Brett Hobbs and Michael Barone. We are here every Monday morning to help prepare you Before The Chaos! Happy June.

Trust your gut.

Being intuitive is important for many reasons.

Intuitions, or gut feelings, can often detect subtle patterns and inconsistencies before your conscious mind can. Our gut feelings are built on relevant experience and knowledge.

The mind can be deceiving. It operates through many cognitive shortcuts and biases. Try to find a balance. Use your intuition as a valuable signal, without relying on it exclusively.

Reflection

“How can I be better at not second-guessing myself?”

“When are times that I often struggle to make a decision? And what can I learn about those experiences?”

Take Action Task

After reading this, text a friend and check in on them.

One Achievable Goal

Set one goal that must be completed before week’s end.

Ours is to implement meditation into our mornings.

VERSE

Psalm 32:8

“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.”

Closing

All the experiences we have on this Earth happen for a reason. They all lead to something. Trust your experiences, your knowledge, and your intuition. And most importantly, trust that God is with you.
