The power of pausing.
Life moves fast. Work, relationships, goals, responsibilities - it can all feel like a blur. But sometimes the most powerful thing you can do isn’t to push harder, it’s to pause.
Think of your time as 100%. How much of that is spent moving forward at full speed, and how much is spent reflecting, recharging, and being present? If the balance is off, you may find yourself busy but not fulfilled.
A pause doesn’t mean you’re falling behind. It means you’re giving yourself space to breathe, reset, and realign with what matters.

“When was the last time I gave myself permission to pause and simply be?”
“What small moments in my day could I use as a reset instead of rushing through?”

Set one goal that must be completed before week’s end.
Ours is to take one intentional pause each day this week - whether it’s a 5-minute walk, a deep breath before a meeting, or a quiet moment before bed.
